  These 5 stars go to the staff at the Roberts creek Canadian tire!! I have lived in half moon bay for 20 years and I have always loved this store. The new staff over the last year specifically I have seen a HUGE improvement in not only what they sell but how kind I and my friends have been treated while comming here. the new manager branden is very kind and always wants to help and now the auto side is open awesome!! Thanks for not only being a store for our needs but for being part of the community !! Thanks

  These five stars are for one particular employee named "Nat". She's awesome!! Efficient at her job, polite and engaging to the customers, ready to accept responsibility for anything that may go wrong, eager to help....a treat to deal with. I make a point of looking for her line-up when I go in because I know she will always be on top of things.

  These five stars are for a specific parts counter guy, Karl. He has reaffirmed my faith in humanity! He is kind, respectful and went above and beyond to help me understand the things I needed to fix my car. He didn't just tell me what I needed, but explained why I needed those things. No one does this anymore!Saved me a big headache with my brake booster and helped me save money, too! See Karl at the parts counter, he knows what he is talking about.

  Ordered an instapot early November was on the list number 15 they've had 30 in since I prepaid for this pot almost everybody on the list has received theirs but I haven't because some numbskull forgot to provide a log card. Every time I go into this store at Wilson Creek they never have what you need. It's the most disorganized Canadian Tire I have ever been in. If I want anything from Canadian Tire I wait till I go to Vancouver which has a very high rate of being able to obtain what I want. Do not recommend this store at all.
