  Must of been a shift change, the dark haired lady working was highly rude and would not listen to the issue and did not care that we were just there about 3 hours prior in regards to the issue.

  Gone downhill in so many ways! Beware if your thinking of becoming a member of TD Sechelt Branch....Customer Service is very poor!

  Unfortunately this branch is significantly UNDER staffed for non-teller activities such as FIN planners. This point can not be underscored since this region has a high percentage of people needing this type of service. I have walked in multiple times to try and get an appt and was told the next opening is ++ DAYS ++ away. I have called prior to going to Sechelt and got the great TD Machine only to work through a maze to get a voice mail that says someone will try to call me back within 24 hrs. only to be told they are booking appointments farther out than my Doctor (>Week). A lot can happen in a week given today's market volatility making this practice unacceptable, I am a TD fan but this branch falls short in Customer Service for anything other than Tellers, who should take pride and satisfaction in doing a great job.

  Went in for an issue on my account on thursday morning. Spoke to a very nice lady and left. The issue popped up again shortly after, so had to go back to the bank in the afternoon

  Pretty sad when someone is inquiring or talking about their account to just have someone talk down to you, especially when we were just there seeing what was going on. Maybe the day time staff needs to give some customer service training to the afternoon staff.
